Do you charge a service fee/mileage fee?
No, we operate within a 40 mile radius of Coudersport, PA. Anything furtherer than 40 miles may be subject to a mileage fee.

How much will it cost to get my carpet cleaned?
We price our carpet cleaning by the square foot. To get the square footage of your room simply measure the length and multiply it by the width. For example a 10x12 room equals 120 square feet. Call us with your square footage to get current pricing.

Do I need to vacuum my carpet before it is cleaned?
It is not necessary but greatly appreciated.

What furniture do I need to move prior to cleaning?
We can move soft furniture like couches, chairs, and end tables but you will need to pick up small items like magazine racks, lamps, plants, etc. Larger furniture like pianos, hutches, and dressers typically stay in place.

I work during the day do I have to be home to get my carpets cleaned?
No, provided you inform the office when you are scheduling.

Can you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?
We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. While we try our best to remove every spot we encounter some stains can permanently discolor the carpet.

How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
Most carpets dry within 4-8 hours depending on the time of year.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is required at the time of service via cash, check, or credit card. If you are not present for the cleaning you can make arrangements for payment with the office when scheduling.

May I cancel/change my appointment after I schedule?
Yes, please allow 24-48 hours notice.
